So its done. Lateef and I finished PMBAR. Hardest day in the woods Ive ever had. Hit 4 of 5 checkpoints riding over 65 miles of Pisgah on all dirt and gravel. The format is awesome. He gives you 5 checkpoints at various places in Pisgah and you choose 4 and use whatever route you want without ever being out of shouting distance from your partner. It took us a little over 13 hours and we placed 70th out of 100 racers it was a great day in the woods and a really fun race format.
